YOSEMITE TRAIL GUIDES
ABOUT US
In 2004, our founder took his first trip to Yosemite National Park and it was love at first sight. Although he only spent two hours, he couldn't wait to come back to the unspoiled and awe inspiring sights. After hiking most of the trails, his friends asked for guidance, and soon word of mouth spread that there was a new Yosemite Trial Guide that had a most unique perspective. By 2008, he was taking people on 14 hikes a month, and he needed help.
He hired his first trail guide for the 2009 season, and then added six more guides, three additional support teams and two amazing camp chefs. As more people requested for "Glamping" we decided to include fabulous additions to our campsites. Now, it's ten year later, we are still providing our customers with the highest quality tours in Yosemite.
Yosemite Trail Guides provides to our customers the best adventure in Yosemite National Park. Whether it's a one day trip, or a five day journey, we will ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that everyone leaves with a great story, and comes back to join us every summer.
We will always strive to make the most memorable adventure for our customers. We pride ourselves in our professionalism and warm, friendly environment. We know how it feels to be out in the middle of the forest, (we do it all the time). We will always make our guests feel safe, comfortable and excited for the next hike.
We can help you with that perfect photography situation, or provide photographic support for your team or family. We document each tour, and provide you with our photos.
There are many lodging options to choose from. Whether you are on a budget, or the sky's the limit, there is a room for you. We also offer glamping options, see below.

SERVICES
We have been working hard to ensure our returning guests are our priority. New guests will see how much effort goes into each adventure from the moment they call. We pride ourselves on our professionalism.
There are many restaurants and cooking opportunities throughout Yosemite National Park. Each lodging has its own dining service, and we will help you navigate each one.
At times there are circumstances that are beyond our control (such as a government shutdown). We understand how this impacts our guests, and we will announce any upcoming situations as early as possible.
We are here to help our guests, and we are available to answer any questions you may have regarding food, lodging and weather. We'll even tell you how to pack!
Yosemite Valley has other amenities, such as a Post Office, Fire Station, a supermarket and a multi denominational church. Life in the Valley is quite contained, but offers comforts of a small town.
Weather changes very suddenly at Yosemite National park, and we always prepare for the worst. We monitor the National Weather Service, NOAA and local park meteorologists to keep an eye on the weather.
